The Class
Suitable for All Levels this classical Hatha Yoga class follows a traditional Sivananda class. It is based on 12 classical postures and always includes pranayama (breathing exercises). Stimulating the body and relaxing between postures with a long final relaxation gives the nervous system the rest and repair we so desperately need. While the physical body gains strength and flexibility, working with the breath develops concentration calming the mind and emotions.
Through practising breathing exercises, sun salutations, yoga postures and deep relaxation, you will end up feeling connected, strong, energised and relaxed
Your Teacher
Margarita has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and completed her Teacher Training with Sivananda in Spain. She believes that a regular yoga practice helps you feel more balanced in every aspect of life as well as develop strength and good health. She is a kind and sensitive teacher and loves to share her experience of yoga with her students.
