"I love this centre and have been using it for many years. The pregnancy yoga classes and Tibetan bowls were so beneficial for me whilst pregnant. The online classes are also great and have kept me fit and sane through lockdown. Highly recommend it."

"The Tibetan Bowls (Sond Healing) class is wonderful way to finish one's work week. Relaxed and mindful, laying comfortably, you can feel old worries leaving your body and new life energy being born. You must experience this sensation at least once. And North London Yoga Centre is a great place to do it with wonderful teacher Emerita as your guide."

"I've been coming to Iber's Sunday morning classes for the last 8 weeks and it's been fantastic! As a complete beginner, it's a gentle class and would suit anyone that wants to try yoga for the first time like me. Iber is a very supportive and caring teacher, making adjustments where needed so students can get the full benefits of the the various yoga poses and positions. I'm now a lot more relaxed, strong and flexible as a result of coming to the classes and it's a great way to start a Sunday morning. The studio itself is light, cosy and a comfortable place to practice. Overall I'm really glad I found this little gem!"

"It is a great pleasure to be spreading the teaching of Swami Sivananda and Swami Visnudevananda in such a beautiful oasis of peace. After a long day at the office or minding your ever challenging family, come to recharge, revitalise and rejuvenate the body with Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures) and Relaxation. There is much to tell about the Practice of Yoga, however, it is the personal experience that matters most. “One ounce of practice is worth more than a ton of theory” (Swami Visnudevanda).
